When you open NiceFlick, certain information is gathered in the background — things like your device type, how long you use the app, and basic network details — plus details you provide voluntarily.

Your data powers core functions (playback, accounts, payments), communications (updates, support), and improvements (analytics, feature development).
We're selective about sharing. Your data goes to our service providers (who help run things), legal authorities (when required), and business partners (for joint offerings) — never to random third parties.
PayPal Data Protection. Your PayPal email and withdrawal details are never sold or rented. They are shared only for payout processing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Not using NiceFlick? After 90 days of inactivity, we remove your personal data. Any retained usage data is fully anonymized.

In-app web views or promotional pages may use cookies, pixels, and SDKs for session management, analytics, and ad measurement. Manage tracking through device settings or the opt-out methods above.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request certain information about personal data we disclose to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
